Standard
Regular cleaning, done well.
The simplest version. A reliable, consistent clean every week or fortnight. Same day, same time, same person.
This is for families who already have things organised and just need the cleaning side handled. Hourly rate, length of visit depends on the size of your home.

Cleaning, laundry and organising.
For when the cleaning is the easy part. The harder part is the laundry pile, the toys that have spread to every room, and the sense that the whole house needs a reset.
I come in once a week, do everything in Standard, and then keep going. Laundry. Folding. Putting things back where they live. By the time you're back from school pick-up, it just feels like the house has been sorted.

A couple of things people often want as one-offs or seasonally. These are priced separately and arranged on top of, or instead of, the regular plan.
Initial reset visit
For new clients
Most homes start with a longer first visit so I can give the place a proper going-over before we settle into the regular rhythm. Charged hourly at a higher rate, takes as long as the house needs.
Seasonal deep clean
Christmas, spring, on request
A bigger, slower clean for those moments when the regular weekly visit isn't enough. Useful before having people over, after Christmas, or just when the year has worn the house down.
House-sitting while you're away
Holidays and trips
While you're away, I keep an eye on the house. Watering plants, taking in post, a quick reset before you come home so you walk back into a sorted house, not a stale one.
A note on pricing
I don't list prices on here, and there's a reason.
Every house is different. A three-bed in Cheam isn't the same job as a five-bed near the common, and weekly isn't the same job as fortnightly. If I put a flat price on a website, one of us is getting a bad deal by the end of the month.
So instead, I do this: a short call, a quick visit to see your house, and then I give you a proper price for what you actually need. No hidden anything. You'll know exactly what each visit costs and what's included before we start.
