How it works
Three steps before we start.
1. Send a message. Tell me roughly where you live, what you're looking for, and how often you think you'd want help. A few sentences is fine.
2. We have a quick call. About 15 minutes. I'll ask a bit about your home and you can ask me anything.
3. I come and see the house. A short visit so I can give you a proper price for what your home actually needs. Then we agree the plan.

A note on your details
Your message comes straight to me by email. I don't pass anything on, I don't add you to any mailing list, and I only use what you send to talk to you about looking after your home. If we don't end up working together, I delete your details.
